Vesna Vulovic, a Serbian Flight Attendant hold the Guinness World Record for the longest fall. She plummeted in a piece of fuselage from an aircraft after her plane exploded in 1972 in mid flight.  Vulovic fell from 33,000 feet & suffered a fractured skull, two broken legs, three broken vertebrae, and a broken pelvis but eventually recovered fully.
