Anxiety & Phobia Fears

Anxiety & phobia fears, where does it come from? Anxiety is a situation that we all feel from time to time. Anxiety is fear of the unknown rather it's worry of how we are going to take care of the financial crisis we are in, or anxiety from a perceived threat & confrontation. Anxiety is common in about one out of every ten people. Symptoms for anxiety & phobias  include sweating, tense muscles, breathing fast or trembling. What causes anxiety problems can be as simple as in your genes, but most often its from misunderstanding of their threat environment ,or some trauma in their life.Post trauma in your life is especially linked to phobias. So if you had a bad flight experience in combination with an another stressful event in your life you are more likely not to forget that experience because it reminds you of so much of discomfort you felt back then. Some things you can do to help overcome your anxiety is accept that worry is a part of life, but that doesn't mean you can't learn to relax. More then likely you will need to talk to somebody about your anxiety like a mental health specialist, or a self help group. However, here is just a few self help tips you can do. One is to pamper yourself to your favorite activity. What this does is distract your mind from negative thoughts & helps you think less about you anxiety. You can also set up a surreal environment at home that can help you relax. For example, you can start by playing your Ipod favorite tunes while relaxing in your favorite room & chair. It's basically self-meditating. It's the same technique I teach for when your flying. However, you should also follow this technique weeks before your flight too. The more you practice meditating, the more it will come natural on the plane.
