Controlling Negative Thoughts



Your mind & your thoughts, if you master them then you will master yourself. Everyone is plagued with negative thoughts rather you have a fear of flying, or not. Your negative thoughts began with your anxiety as you worry more & more about a particular event, or upcoming event such as a flight. The mind is incredible & can process thousands of thoughts a day. However, their are some steps you can take to control negative thoughts. First, make the decision that you are going to be the one to decide what your thoughts are & will be. This mean you must make a daily effort to consciously think positive thoughts. It also helps to surround yourself with a positive network of positive thinking people. You should also change the language of your thoughts. For instance, instead of words like can't use more positive words like " I will, or I will be fine."
