Anxiety Issues!


You notice the symptoms..nervousness, apprehension, fear or panic. But, what causes anxiety? Anxiety can be cause by several conditions. It can be mental condition, physical condition, or stress. Anxieties that come from mental include stress from school, work, or financial. Anxieties that come from physical conditions include panic attacks, heart palpitation, or dizziness. Anxiety symptoms differ with different people. Some self-help tips include meditation, support group, watching tv, taking a long warm bath, or deep breathing exercises. Other treatments involve medical such as prescription drugs, or therapy. such as CBT. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is about training people to recognize negative thinking patterns that influence how we feel & behave. Then with recognition of self-specific destructive cognitions, we can then focus our attention on changing them.
